The Exoteric Book Club provides a platform for critical thinking.  It provides a safe environment to vocalize clear and rational thinking about what to believe about the world we live in.  We are concerned about the issues that impacts us, our families, and our communities.  We promote a love for reading, acquisition of knowledge and empowerment of women.  Reading and discussing books are intellectually stimulating and allow our members to look at our world in entirely different ways.    

 

The word, exoteric, means outside.  We are the outsiders, not part of the inner circle.  The Exoteric Book Club was organized to bring together people who otherwise never would  have met or had the opportunity to interact or appreciate varying points of view.
